Eligibility

Once the item has been delivered to the buyers shipped address, the buyer has 14-days to contact us via email or phone if there are any issues with damage or requesting a return.   The item must be in the same condition as offered/sold and as you received it.  Once the item is received back, the refund process will start on our end.    You will notified via email or phone that your refund has been processed  the  original payment method - The are no partial refunds accepted or exchanges - Thank you
